As if that wasn’t enough, we’re incredibly proud to celebrate two more fantastic individual achievements from within our team:

• Valentine Tichareva — Dementia Carer of the Year
• Maria Gumenyuk — Domiciliary Carer of the Year

Being shortlisted as one of five finalists was already an amazing achievement in itself. To come away with three award winners on the night is truly incredible and a testament to the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our outstanding team.
