Care Assistant & Care Companion

A rewarding role that makes a real difference every day

Careers That

Truly Matter
At AshwellCare, we believe care is about so much more than tasks and routines. It’s about helping people feel safe, valued, and able to live well in the place they love most: home. We are a multi award winning, family run home care provider based in Malvern, delivering outstanding care with heart, professionalism, and purpose.

Everything we do is guided by our six pillars:
Fair. Open. Caring. Ambitious. Self Confident. Trusting.

If those values feel like they describe you, you may have found your place.

Who this

Role Suits
You do not need previous care experience to apply. What matters most is that you bring the right attitude, strong values and a genuine willingness to learn.

We are looking for caring, fair and respectful people who treat others with dignity and kindness. You should be open to learning, communicate honestly and feel confident working independently while knowing when to ask for support. A positive mindset, ambition to grow your skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families and colleagues are all essential.

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, along with a kind, reliable nature and flexibility to support clients across mornings, evenings or weekends.

Care Assistant Role

What We Expect
