These nominations are a wonderful recognition of the dedication, compassion and professionalism demonstrated by our team every day. We could not be prouder to see so many members of the Ashwell Care family recognised for the outstanding care and support they provide.

Celebrating Our Finalists

We are thrilled to announce that Sam has been shortlisted as a finalist for Domiciliary Care Worker of the Year. This achievement reflects the kindness, commitment and hard work Sam brings to the role every single day. Sam consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

We are equally delighted that Valentine has been shortlisted for Dementia Carer of the Year. Valentine’s dedication, compassion and specialist support for people living with dementia have made a significant impact on clients and their families. This nomination is a testament to the exceptional care provided every day.

Adding to the celebrations, Maria has also been shortlisted as a finalist, making this our fourth finalist nomination. Maria’s commitment, professionalism and compassionate approach embody the values that Ashwell Care stands for, and we are incredibly proud of this achievement.

We are also honoured to have been shortlisted for Health Care Employer of the Year for the second consecutive year. This recognition reflects the culture, values and commitment that drive our organisation and the exceptional people who make Ashwell Care such a special place to work.

To have finalists in multiple categories is a remarkable achievement and highlights the strength of our team and the quality of care we deliver across Worcestershire. Every nomination reflects the hard work, dedication and passion shown by our carers and support staff, who make a difference in people’s lives every day.

Our purpose has always been simple: not just to add years to life, but to add life to years.

We would like to thank our entire team for their continued commitment and for living our values in everything they do. These achievements belong to all of you.

Congratulations to Sam, Valentine and Maria on your well deserved nominations. We wish all our finalists the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating together at the awards ceremony.
