Bank Care Assistant & Care Companion

Flexible care roles that fit around your life

Careers That

Truly Matter
At AshwellCare, we provide more than care. We provide reassurance, companionship, dignity, and the feeling of home. We are a multi award winning, family run home care provider based in Malvern, and we are looking for compassionate people to join our team as Bank Care Assistants and Care Companions. This is a flexible role in Malvern and the surrounding areas, ideal if you are looking for work that fits around other commitments while still making a meaningful difference.

Everything we do is shaped by our six pillars:
Fair. Open. Caring. Ambitious. Self Confident. Trusting.

Who this

Role Suits
A bank care assistant role with AshwellCare is ideal if you are looking for flexible hours that fit around family life, study or other work. It is well suited to those returning to care after time away or exploring a new career, with full training provided. If you want meaningful care work without a fixed schedule, this role offers flexibility and variety. You do not need previous experience. We value your character, attitude and compassion more than your CV.

We are looking for people who live our values and treat others fairly, show care in every interaction and are open to learning and teamwork. You should feel confident supporting people safely, be reliable and dependable, and able to build strong, trusting relationships. A desire to grow and improve within your role is important.

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, along with availability for occasional shifts, including some evenings or weekends depending on client needs.
