First class care for my two parents in their flat . Ashwell could not have been more helpful, supportive and flexible.
Everything they do is extremely professional. The guidelines are clear, they are in contact through the weekend as well as the week if required, and always willing to help. Most importantly my parents trusted the Ashwell team completely – and considered them friends as well as invaluable helpers. All the staff that we met are exceptional .

They have provided Mum daily care of preparing meals, helping to wash & dress, daily walks, visits to the hairdressers & arranging home visits for the chiropodist or nurse, weekly trips to the supermarket, arranging and collecting her to attend weekly visits to Dementia cafes and singing groups, and addressing medical needs such as checking her eyes and ears daily, collecting prescriptions, liaising with me regarding any concerns & supporting the care of such concerns ; the list could go on and on! In one word – Outstanding
The carers always arrive with a happy cheerful disposition. My care is always completed to meet my requirement. They arrive on time and complete the contracted time required. The experienced office staff are very helpful when answering questions. Nothing is too much trouble and it is a pleasure to have such caring people available. Highly recommend company with great personal care ethics.

Punctual, efficient, hardworking, friendly, trustworthy – everything you would hope a care provider would be… BUT it’s the added service that makes them exceptional. They really do care and are so helpful as nothing is too much trouble – all with a smile and a chat. If there is a problem, they want to solve it. They are dedicated to making their clients comfortable and happy. My mother is blossoming under their care and I am so grateful to them.

Since being introduced to them, Ashwell Home Care Services have been nothing short of amazing! They are always at hand should any questions be needed, and the whole team are very easy to talk too. We get regular updates for my mum through the app provided, which is a great extra feature used by them. My mum loves the visits made by Ashwell, and they are always able to put a smile on her face! They definitely have my mum’s best interests at heart.
